Pre-Registration Form. Pre-registration form can be printed out and mailed to JD Bootleggers. Pre-registration includes complimentary breakfast @ KC's Cabin, complimentary benefit ride t-shirt, drink specials week prior at Kickstands in Camp Lake Wisconsin, and Town Square in Trevor Wisconsin.
